About The Position

Within the Loan Servicing Department, provide customer service to incoming customer calls.

Requirements

• HS Diploma
• 1-2 Years related experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound customer calls and chats.
• Research and resolve customer issues.
• Manage and resolve customer cases related to loan issues.
• Meet critical regulatory and company deadlines.
