About The Position

Within the Loan Servicing Department, provide customer service to incoming customer calls. Receive inbound customer calls and chats. Research and resolve customer issues. Manage and resolve customer cases related to loan issues. Meet critical regulatory and company deadlines.

Requirements

  • HS Diploma
  • 1-2 Years related experience.
