About The Position

Kirby Risk Electrical Supply is hiring a customer-focused Customer Service Representative in Logansport, Indiana. The representative serves as a primary contact for customer needs, helps customers obtain products and solutions on time, and supports the company’s standards for accurate, collaborative, and exceptional service. The role partners with outside sales, coordinates with vendors, and supports corporate marketing activities such as product launches and training events. Its work spans counter and inside sales, warehousing and inventory management, vendor and customer communications, order entry, and product support. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with overtime as needed. The position offers opportunities for growth and development.

Requirements

College coursework and/or at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver’s license.
Comfort with multi-line phone systems and warehouse operations.
Experience with inventory management and loading and unloading shipments.
Must have legal status enabling work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

Experience in business-to-business sales or electrical distribution.
Forklift experience.
