About The Position

Lakeside Heating and Air Conditioning, a NearU Company is hiring a Customer Service Representative/ Dispatcher! We’re looking for motivated individuals used to working autonomously to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in HVAC customer service, dispatch, or a similar role
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Professional communication and problem-solving skills
• Confidence in multitasking and prioritizing tasks without supervision
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Work independently while managing a steady volume of customer calls
• Assist homeowners with HVAC service needs in a calm, professional manner
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Coordinate effectively with dispatchers and field teams
• Stay organized and focused throughout long shifts
• Participate in team huddles and occasional training—while owning your day-to-day workflow
• Work independently multiple days during shift
