About The Position

MAC-VIK Plumbing Hearing, and Electric is building a New Call Center with AWESOME Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Dispatcher’s! We are expanding our TEAM to provide 5-Star Service to all our customers, past, present and in the future. With the continued growth of our Company since 1962, we are busy and we need a TOP motivated individual for a swing CSR (Customer Service Representative) / Dispatcher to assist our Customers and Service Technicians in our Call Center. We are looking for an experienced, well-spoken, energetic Team driven individual! Our Team member needs to be driven, self-motivated, A multi-tasker, dependable, enjoy interacting and helping people. Listening and working together is the Key! Is that you?

Requirements

3-years plus CSR / Dispatching Plumbing, Heating and Electric experience.
SERVICE TITAN Experience

Responsibilities

Convert incoming Customer Calls into Booked Service Appointments.
Responsible for compiling and entering accurate customer information into Service Titan.
Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
Provide quality service and support in a variety of Company areas.
