About The Position
Finance Factors is seeking friendly, customer-focused teammates for its O‘ahu branches. This role helps customers work toward financial goals, such as buying a home or building savings. Banking experience is not required; the company provides training. The position may suit recent graduates who want to begin their careers locally. The stated schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, and Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM. Starting pay is $19 per hour, with performance-based quarterly incentives for CD sales.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Personable and friendly, with an enjoyment of helping others.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Positive attitude and ability to work as a team player.
- Dependable, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
