About The Position

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) Administrator for its MVRecovery division, which handles Skip Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound. This role is responsible for managing account orderliness, assigning field agents, updating accounts with client information, and communicating escalated issues. The position operates 100% via computer within a proprietary system's centralized Dashboard and does not require field work or travel. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys customer service, and can provide clear directions over the phone.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years Customer Service and Account Management experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Strong phone skills with ability to give clear and concise direction.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organization skills.
  • High level of experience using G-Suite, MS Office and related applications.

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years experience with collateral repossession preferred.
  • Collections/Credit experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain account orderliness.
  • Ensure a field agent is assigned to each account.
  • Update designated accounts with new information received from the client.
  • Communicate any escalated information to the client or supervisor as needed.
  • Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral.
  • Demonstrate basic product and service knowledge and initiate required actions as needed.
