Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Fee Administrator to join the MVRecovery team, which is part of MVTrac/MVConnect. This role is responsible for determining and processing fees necessary to run accounts. The Fee Administrator will handle agent fee requests, including requesting, approving, and rejecting them, as well as reviewing appeals for denied fees. They will also communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors and maintain fee reports. This position operates 100% via computer and does not require field work or travel. The ideal candidate is persistent, assertive, detail-oriented, and can thrive under high-priority tasks.
