We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless performance, usability, and integration with business processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem while supporting users across various departments. This role requires demonstrated expertise with Sales Cloud and CPQ, including the ability to create and maintain CPQ solutions within Salesforce. The candidate will be part of a small team of System Engineers and Administrators, reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO). The position demands critical thinking, process optimization, and strong data design skills, with a focus on responsiveness, creativity, and execution. There is an opportunity for future growth within the company through cross-training on Netsuite and other systems. Our technology environment includes Salesforce, Service Cloud, CPQ, Dell Boomi, and NetSuite. While experience in all is ideal, expertise in one or more is acceptable.
