Performs a variety of clerical and customer service duties as needed. Applicant will answer phones in the Information Center, take credit card payments, answer general questions relating to the city. Responds to issues, questions and problems posed by customers, in person and over the telephone; provides general information based upon policy Collects receipts and posts credit card payments for utility bills, business licenses, fines, fees, tickets and related city services; follows established processes and procedures based upon department policies. Use City's work order software to record and manage citizen requests. Use of City's utility billing software (Caselle) and other web-based programs. Processes and reviews passport applications and assists the public with Live Scan fingerprint.
