You will play a major role in how our customers feel about their experience at our Body Shop. We are known for providing Outstanding Customer Service and are looking for someone who shares our passion for helping others. As the last person a customer interacts with, you have the opportunity to help us earn Customers for Life by leaving a positive lasting impression.

Responsibilities

  • Smile, greet and thank customers and assist them with any needs
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Handle customer complaints with poise
  • Answer phones
  • Review/process customer repair orders
  • Process payments from customers quickly and accurately
  • Follow up with insurance payments to various insurance companies
  • Process accounts receivable payments
  • Daily deposit reconciliation
