About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is an entry-level, hourly store position at Domino’s. Team members receive on-the-job orientation and training. Scheduled hours depend on the employee’s availability and the store’s needs; the posting states that positions are part-time unless otherwise stated, with the possibility of working full-time if store hours allow and the employee completes training, is reliable for shifts, and communicates full-time availability to the manager. The role involves serving customers and supporting general store operations, including processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Team members may also perform tasks outside the store and work in conditions involving temperature changes, hot surfaces, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, and varying weather. The position requires frequent standing, walking short distances, reaching, and continuous hand use. Physical tasks can include lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying supplies and dough trays, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, bending, crouching, and occasionally using stairs or a ladder. The role also calls for clear communication, accurate basic arithmetic and money handling, order entry using a keyboard or touchscreen, and the ability to interact respectfully with people across cultures and backgrounds.
