About The Position
Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) create a positive first impression and help customers have a great experience. The role is suited to cheerful people with positive energy, a great demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. No prior restaurant experience is necessary. CSRs work during lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. Candidates need a flexible schedule and may work from two to six days per week, depending on their availability, preferences, and business needs. Weekend hours may be required. The position may lead to management opportunities for the right candidate.
