About The Position

Prairie Pizza, a family-owned Domino’s franchise based in Charlotte, is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative. The representative serves as a customer-facing voice of the company by taking orders, answering questions, and helping customers have a positive experience. The role also involves contributing to smooth store operations as part of a team. Employees are expected to make pizzas according to Domino’s standards, maintain a clean and professional appearance in compliance with the dress code, work with hustle and energy, and provide friendly service to every customer.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Positive attitude and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
• Must work with hustle and energy and provide friendly service to customers.
• Must follow Domino’s pizza-making standards and dress code.
