About The Position

The Customer Service Representative handles customer service and general store team-member duties at a Domino's Pizza location. The role includes receiving and processing telephone and in-person orders, preparing products, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by telephone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near and mid-range vision, perceive depth, and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Make and label boxes.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to shelves.
• Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
