About The Position

The Customer Service Rep receives and processes telephone orders and serves as a first point of contact for phone-in and carryout customers. The role involves communicating with customers and co-workers in a friendly and professional manner, entering orders, stocking ingredients, preparing products, and cleaning equipment and the facility as requested. Most tasks are performed standing, and employees must be able to stand for long periods.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately, including giving change.
• Outgoing personality and ability to communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen monitor.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities
