About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works in a Domino’s store, helping make, bake, and serve pizzas during day and night hours. The role involves working across store stations, preparing menu items, assisting customers in person and by phone, and expediting orders. Schedules may be part-time or full-time and are described as flexible around other commitments. Opportunities for advancement, including into management, are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be willing and able to work all in-store stations.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone communication skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and operate store equipment.
• Ability to speak, hear, and understand verbal communication in person and by telephone.
• Ability to perform the stated physical tasks, including lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds and frequent standing, walking, reaching, and hand use.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze information, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work across in-store stations, including making menu items, assisting customers by phone and in person, and expediting orders from the cut table.
• Enter, receive, and process customer orders by telephone and in the store.
• Prepare products and stock ingredients and supplies in storage and work areas.
• Operate store equipment and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload and move product deliveries, including carrying and stocking ingredients and supplies.
• Perform tasks involving standing, walking, reaching, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling, occasional climbing, and bending or crouching.
