About The Position

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills. Team members may have opportunities to grow within the company, including into management. The position involves serving customers and performing general store-team duties, such as handling orders, preparing products, operating equipment, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning. Applicants must be at least 16 years old; candidates age 18 and over must pass a background check.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Candidates age 18 and over must pass a background check.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to occasionally crouch, squat, bend, or climb stairs while performing job tasks.
• Ability to maintain a clean and proper uniform per Domino's standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Maintain a clean and proper uniform according to Domino's standards.
