About The Position

K&K Family Ventures, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role involves supporting store operations, preparing products, processing customer orders, handling inventory, and keeping equipment and the facility clean. The franchise describes opportunities for team members to grow into management or other roles, depending on their goals. The store is independently owned and operated; the franchisee alone makes employment decisions, including hiring, compensation, benefits, staffing, and scheduling.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Candidates aged 18 and over must pass a background check.
• Able to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Able to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills sufficient to take and process orders.
• Hand-eye and finger coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to occasionally crouch, squat, bend, or use stairs while performing job tasks.
• Must maintain a clean, proper uniform per Domino's standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone to process orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Maintain a clean and proper uniform according to Domino's standards.
