About The Position

The Assistant Manager is responsible for running shifts, providing excellent customer care, working toward store goals, assisting the General Manager with business operations, and leading the team during a shift. The role requires following company policies, upholding the brand image, and serving as a role model for team members. This is an hourly position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Strong communication and verbal skills.
Outgoing personality and positive, upbeat attitude.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

Represent and uphold the brand image and company policies.
Manage the store and team during shifts, including in a high-volume environment.
Meet service goals and work with team members to achieve store goals.
Assist the General Manager with business operations.
Train and coach team members to achieve product, service, and image standards.
Learn and use organizational and inventory skills.
Use store equipment, including tending the oven, and uphold safety standards.
Take ownership of resolving problems.
Manage time and multitask in a competitive work environment.
Create a fun, positive environment for customers and team members while taking orders.
Schedule and manage labor, attendance, and punctuality.
Learn and implement marketing tools.
Manage store cleanliness and learn health-board standards.
Follow accurate cash-handling procedures.
