About The Position

The Customer Service Rep operates equipment and supports daily food-service operations. Duties include stocking ingredients from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and walk-in coolers; preparing products; receiving and processing telephone orders; taking inventory and completing related paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires accurate basic arithmetic, handling monetary change, processing orders by phone and in person, following written instructions, and entering orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
