About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and a positive attitude. Team members work together to provide customer service and help make, bake, or take pizzas. The role may suit someone seeking a primary or supplemental job, with schedules described as accommodating both part-time and full-time availability. Opportunities for advancement include management and other roles within the company, including franchise ownership.

The work involves serving customers, answering phones, performing repetitive tasks, and completing in-store duties. Team members may also handle deliveries of ingredients and supplies, move and stock products, clean, and perform other tasks inside and outside the store. Work takes place in a fast-paced environment with strict quality standards and exposure to varied temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Ability to communicate by talking and hearing on the telephone.
• Near- and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, depth perception, and ability to distinguish hot and cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, and work under stress.
• Ability to meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical activities described, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp and use work items such as cans, a phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and answer telephones.
• Help make, bake, and handle pizzas.
• Perform repetitive in-store tasks while meeting quality control standards.
• Unload and stock ingredient and supply deliveries, using a hand truck as needed.
• Carry, push, and pull products, trays, and equipment.
• Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
• Clean work areas and equipment, including low areas and walls.
• Change prices on signs and perform occasional maintenance tasks.
• Work independently and with other team members.
