About The Position

Rogue Pizza, a locally owned and operated independent Domino’s franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Rep. The role includes preparing products, processing customer orders in person and by telephone, operating store equipment, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning the equipment and facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Team members may work part-time or full-time, and the company describes opportunities for advancement into management and franchise ownership. The job involves working in a store environment with temperatures ranging from a walk-in cooler to hot work areas, exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Some tasks take place outdoors and may involve varying weather. The position requires standing for most tasks and may also involve walking, sitting for paperwork, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching. The posting also describes delivery duties, including transporting orders to customers, but its separate driving requirements apply to delivery personnel.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
For delivery duties: valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
For delivery duties: deliver products by car to customers, and deliver flyers and door hangers.
