About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as part of a Domino’s Pizza store team to prepare and process orders and help provide customer service. Duties include operating store equipment; stocking ingredients and supplies; preparing products; receiving telephone orders; taking inventory and completing paperwork; and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role may offer opportunities for advancement into management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for most tasks; walking short distances; lifting cases weighing up to 50 pounds; and carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers and coworkers in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies on shelves.
• Perform related physical tasks such as carrying, moving trays, reaching, bending, and cleaning.
