About The Position

The Customer Service Rep provides friendly, positive service while taking and processing customer orders, addressing concerns, handling cash, and supporting pizza preparation and store operations. Team members receive in-store training and support from a manager or teammate. The role may be part-time or full-time and may offer opportunities to progress into management or franchise ownership.

Requirements

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling, occasional climbing, bending, crouching or squatting, continuous reaching, and frequent use of hands and forearms.
• Ability to work in varying or adverse weather during outside tasks, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
