About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports Domino’s operations by preparing and serving customers, taking orders in person and over the phone, and helping maintain a clean and safe store. The role includes making high-quality pizzas, assisting Pizza Makers with toppings and dough, handling cash, and addressing customer concerns.
Responsibilities
- Make high-quality pizzas.
- Maintain food and portion control.
- Follow hygiene and food safety practices.
- Prepare food.
- Take customer orders and upsell items.
- Take orders over the phone and in person.
- Handle customer concerns.
- Greet customers within 10 seconds.
- Handle cash.
- Keep the customer area clean and perform general cleaning duties.
