About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills and personality. The position offers schedules that can work around other commitments and may be part-time or full-time. Team members work together to help the company provide pizza delivery and service. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within Domino’s or franchise ownership. The role involves working in a store environment with exposure to temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. It requires customer interaction, repetitive tasks, and working independently or with others under stress while meeting quality standards.
Requirements
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, and work independently and with others.
- Ability to work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near- and mid-range vision for in-store tasks, perceive depth, and differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
- Ability to lift and stack cases weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves as high as 72 inches.
- Ability to carry supplies, including pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and dough trays weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
- Ability to stand for most tasks and walk short distances.
- Ability to reach continuously and perform frequent hand and arm tasks, including forceful use of the forearms and wrists.
- Ability to occasionally climb stairs or a ladder, bend, crouch, and squat.
- Eye-hand coordination and ability to grasp and use work items and tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service and interact with people.
- Perform repetitive tasks and work alone or with others.
- Meet strict quality control standards and make judgments and decisions.
- Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
- Unload product deliveries using a hand truck and stock ingredients and supplies.
- Carry, push, and pull supplies and trays as needed.
- Prepare pizza dough and assemble pizzas and pizza boxes.
- Use a pizza peel and rolling cutter to handle pizzas.
- Clean work areas, wash dishes and walls, and perform occasional store maintenance.
- Answer phones and complete paperwork.
