About The Position
The Customer Service Rep supports store operations by providing customer service, taking and processing orders, handling cash, maintaining cleanliness and food safety, and assisting with pizza preparation. The role includes greeting customers promptly, addressing concerns, and suggesting additional items.
Responsibilities
- Make high-quality pizzas by assisting with toppings and dough.
- Maintain food and portion control, hygiene, and food safety.
- Prepare food and perform general cleaning duties.
- Take customer orders over the phone and in person.
- Address customer concerns and greet customers within 10 seconds.
- Upsell products.
- Handle cash.
- Keep the customer area clean.
