About The Position
Domino’s Pizza Team DAKS is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Representative. Team DAKS owns and operates Domino’s Pizza stores across Texas, Alabama, Tennessee, and Mississippi and describes itself as a family focused on creating positive experiences for customers and team members. The Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for customers. The role involves accurately taking orders, handling customer concerns, assisting with food preparation, maintaining store cleanliness, and providing friendly service to support a positive customer experience.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with orders in person and over the phone.
- Accurately enter customer orders into the system and handle payment transactions.
- Provide product recommendations and share promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Assist with food preparation, including making pizzas and other menu items when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in workstations, the lobby, and restrooms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Work effectively with the team to meet service goals.
- Assist with stocking and inventory management.
