About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to process customer orders and help prepare products. Full- and part-time positions are available, with schedules intended to accommodate employees’ other commitments. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The role may offer opportunities to advance into management and beyond.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.

Responsibilities

• Operate all store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area in storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change.
