About The Position

Operate all equipment; stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete associated paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility approximately daily. The role requires accurate and quick arithmetic, handling monetary change, taking and processing orders through verbal, written, and telephone communication, entering orders by computer keyboard or touch screen, following and giving written instructions, and communicating with customers and co-workers in person and over the phone.

Requirements

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.
