About The Position
As a Customer Service Rep, you greet customers, take orders, operate the cash register, and collect payments. You prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures. You also maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant and maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards. Other duties may be assigned. The role may offer flexible scheduling, opportunities to pick up shifts at multiple locations, and the ability to grow into management positions.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Be friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
- Be a team player who is punctual and has a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner, including answering phone calls.
- Operate the cash register and collect payments from customers.
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and consistently while following portion sizes, recipes, and baking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, from customer-facing areas to the back of the store.
- Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Image Standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
