About The Position

The Customer Service Rep works as a Domino's Pizza store team member, processing customer orders by phone and in person and supporting pizza preparation and general store operations. The role includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. The position may be part-time or full-time and offers potential advancement from customer service to management and other opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed and accuracy.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, reaching, and continuous hand use.
• Ability to lift and handle delivery cases weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and by phone.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload deliveries and move, carry, and store ingredients and supplies.
• Perform other store tasks, including stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance.
