About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with an outgoing personality and strong people skills. Team members help serve customers and support the company's operations. The role may offer opportunities to grow into management or other positions.

The position includes operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, taking and processing telephone orders, completing inventory and related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility daily. Team members communicate with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone, enter orders using a keyboard or touchscreen, handle monetary change, and may need to read maps and navigate delivery locations and terrain while carrying products.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Outgoing personality.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multistory buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites, while carrying products.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare all products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers in person and over the phone to process orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Read maps, locate addresses in the designated delivery area, and navigate delivery locations while carrying products.
