About The Position

Customer Service Representatives create a positive first impression and help deliver a customer experience that makes customers say “Wow!” The role is suited to cheerful people with positive energy, a great demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. No prior restaurant experience is necessary. CSRs work during lunch, evening, and late-night dayparts. Schedules are flexible and may range from two to six days per week, depending on the candidate’s preferences and availability and business needs. Weekend hours may be required.
