About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to work in a store environment. The position involves helping make, bake, or take pizzas during busy hours. The role may be part-time or full-time, and the company offers opportunities for career growth, including advancement into management and franchise ownership. The work takes place in a pizzeria with exposure to varying temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, and cramped areas such as walk-in coolers. Team members perform a range of physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, moving trays, reaching, bending, and using hands continuously. They may use computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza-making tools.

Ability to meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing for most tasks, walking short distances, lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, and reaching and using hands continuously.
Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces; near- and mid-range vision, depth perception, and ability to talk and hear on the telephone.

Responsibilities

Make, bake, or take pizzas during the store’s busy hours.
Perform other in-store tasks, including removing trash and outside tasks as needed.
Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and stock supplies on shelves.
Carry ingredients and supplies, including pizza sauce and trays of dough.
Move trays on dollies and pull trays as needed.
Change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance as needed.
Stock shelves, clean low areas, and reach for ingredients and supplies.
Shape pizza dough, assemble pizza boxes, remove pizzas from the oven, and cut pizzas.
Answer telephones and complete paperwork as needed.
Work independently and with others while meeting quality-control standards.
