About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers by car and to their doors within a designated delivery area. Drivers may make several deliveries per shift and may also deliver flyers and door hangers. The role includes general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position offers a flexible schedule and potential opportunities for advancement into management or other roles.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Must be able to read maps, locate addresses within the delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers by phone and in person.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the stated physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
Far and night vision for driving.

Responsibilities

Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within a designated delivery area.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Navigate delivery routes, locate addresses, and travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
Operate store equipment and stock ingredients and supplies.
Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Carry products during deliveries and navigate stairs or other delivery-site terrain.
