About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver products to customers within a designated area. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities for advancement, including management and franchise ownership. Drivers also perform general store duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job.

Delivery duties include delivering products by car to customers’ doors and distributing flyers and door hangers. Drivers need to navigate to addresses, including private homes and multi-story buildings, and may make several deliveries per shift. Store and delivery work involves standing, walking, carrying, climbing stairs, and handling supplies and equipment. The role includes exposure to variable weather, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses in the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings and five or more flights of stairs.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and communicate verbally with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to perform the physical duties described, including standing, walking, carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, and occasional stair or ladder climbing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products by car to customers’ doors within the designated delivery area.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Navigate to addresses using maps and other navigational skills, including multi-story buildings and other delivery sites.
• Operate store equipment; stock ingredients; prepare products; receive and process telephone orders; take inventory and complete paperwork; and clean equipment and the facility.
• Carry pizzas and beverages during delivery and travel between the store, vehicle, and customer locations.
• Complete general store team-member duties as needed.
