About The Position

Customer Service Representatives answer customer phone calls, take and process orders over the phone and in person, and prepare pizzas. The position is available part-time or full-time and offers flexible hours. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Advancement opportunities may include management and other roles within Domino’s.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders over the phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with the eyes, hands, and fingers.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.
Ability to work around hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, and changing temperatures.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products, including pizzas.
Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move, carry, and stock supplies.
Perform other store tasks, including occasional sign updates and maintenance.
