About The Position
TB Plumbing is seeking a customer service representative to support its office team by organizing calls, messages, and customer information. The role involves communicating with callers, answering basic questions, routing calls to the appropriate team member, following up on missed calls and messages, and keeping customer records up to date. The team provides training and values clear communication, teamwork, and mutual support. Flexible work-from-home options are available. Pay is $16–$22 per hour based on experience and performance.
