About The Position

EM PIZZA is a 66-store Domino's franchise operating in Los Angeles and Fresno, California, and is continuing to grow. Customer service representatives work with a team to provide customer service and process orders. The role may offer opportunities for growth, development, and promotion, including advancement into management. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Remove trash and perform other outside tasks.
