About The Position

The Customer Service Rep performs general store team-member duties, including operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing related paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Requirements

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, the work area, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
