About The Position

Domino's Pizza is hiring customer service representatives to take and process orders, help prepare products, and perform general store-team duties. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers on-the-job orientation and training. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within the company. This position is for in-store work; additional duties and qualifications apply to team members who deliver.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old for in-store work; must be at least 18 years old for delivery work.
• Comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Have verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Be able to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Meet the physical demands described, including standing for most tasks, walking, lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, and occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and reaching.
• For delivery work: have a valid driver's license and a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
• For delivery work: have navigation skills to read maps and locate addresses, and be able to navigate adverse terrain and carry products at delivery sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders, and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• For delivery work: deliver products to customers by car, deliver flyers and door hangers, and navigate delivery locations.
