About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking customer service representatives with strong people skills to help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy hours. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone; near- and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks; depth perception; and ability to distinguish hot from cold surfaces.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform work from a standing position, walk short distances, and handle physical tasks that may include lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays, occasional stair or ladder use, bending, crouching, and continuous reaching and hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders and communicate with customers in person.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Unload and move deliveries, and carry, push, or pull supplies and trays as needed.
• Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and occasional maintenance.
