About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking a customer service representative with strong people skills to help make, bake, or take pizzas during busy hours. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands or fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to perform work involving exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, changing temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Ability to talk and hear on the telephone, use near- and mid-range vision, judge depth, and distinguish hot from cold surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders in person and over the phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Make accurate monetary change.
