About The Position

Customer Service Reps answer customer phone calls, process orders, and prepare pizzas while providing friendly service. The role is offered with flexible hours and competitive pay in a fun environment, and may be part-time or full-time. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities to grow within the company, including potentially moving into management, are available.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to understand and provide correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
Ability to make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills for taking and processing orders.
Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to lift and stack deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds onto shelves up to 72 inches high.
Ability to carry items including pizza sauce weighing 30 pounds and pizza dough trays weighing approximately 12 pounds each.

Responsibilities

Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Prepare products.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Communicate with customers and co-workers in person and by phone to process orders.
Make accurate monetary change.
Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage shelves.
Perform outside tasks such as removing trash.
