About The Position

Customer Service Representatives answer telephone calls, take and process orders, prepare pizzas, and provide customer service in person and over the phone. The role involves operating store equipment, stocking ingredients and supplies, preparing products, receiving deliveries, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Flexible hours are available, and the position may be part-time or full-time. Team members can pursue advancement to management and other roles.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and the ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to perform the physical tasks described, including standing for most tasks; walking short distances; lifting deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds; carrying supplies; pushing or pulling tray dollies; and occasional climbing, bending, crouching, and squatting.
• Ability to work under stress, perform repetitive tasks, meet quality standards, deal with people, and make judgments and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phone and communicate with customers and co-workers in person to receive and process orders.
• Prepare pizzas and other products.
• Operate store equipment and enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage and work areas, including the walk-in cooler.
• Unload and move deliveries using a hand truck; carry and stack ingredients and supplies.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Perform outside tasks, including removing trash, as needed.
• Follow quality-control standards and work independently or with others.
