About The Position

The Customer Service Representative answers telephone and in-person customer inquiries, processes orders, and prepares pizzas. The role is available part time or full time and offers flexible hours in a fast-paced store environment. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Opportunities for advancement may include management and other roles within Domino’s.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers, in person and over the phone.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, with a calculator if needed, and make correct monetary change.
Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
Motor coordination and eye-hand coordination to make precise movements quickly and accurately.
Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
Ability to work alone and with others, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
Ability to perform the described physical tasks, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling trays, bending, crouching, reaching, and frequent hand use.
Ability to work around the listed store conditions, including temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Responsibilities

Receive and process telephone and in-person orders.
Prepare pizzas and other products.
Operate store equipment.
Stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas to storage, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage and shelves.
Perform other store tasks, including removing trash and occasional maintenance or sign-related tasks.
