About The Position

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for serving customers by phone and in person, entering and fulfilling orders, addressing customer concerns, upselling, and completing cash transactions for food pickups. The role also includes preparing pizzas, sandwiches, and other food items; following hygiene and food-safety practices; and cleaning and maintaining the store. Other special projects may be assigned. Responsibilities
