About The Position

Domino’s Pizza is hiring a Customer Service Rep for a new store opening on North Belt Highway. The role involves serving customers and supporting store operations, including processing orders, preparing products, stocking ingredients, taking inventory, and cleaning equipment and the facility. On-the-job orientation and training are provided. The position may be part-time or full-time, and schedules are described as accommodating employees’ needs. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to understand and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; a calculator may be used.
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Eye-hand coordination and ability to make precise movements rapidly and accurately.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work independently and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to meet the role’s physical demands, including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, bending, reaching, and frequent hand use.

Responsibilities

• Operate store equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery areas into storage areas, work areas, and the walk-in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Communicate with customers and coworkers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Unload deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage.
• Perform other store tasks such as stocking, cleaning, and maintaining signs or equipment.
